A: The defogging film on the back of the bathroom mirror works by lightly pressing the separate touch button on the mirror. The front of the mirror will heat up and takes the fog off the mirror.

Q: Can the Mirror Be Installed Horizontally as well as Vertically?

Q: Where is the ON/ OFF Switch Located?
A: By default, the switch is positioned on the right side. However, if you decide to rotate the mirror, the switch will adjust its location accordingly.

Q: What If I Receive the Demaged Mirror?
A: In the event that you receive a damaged mirror, kindly initiate a claim via email. It is essential that you provide us with images of the mirror clearly showing the damage.
We need the following:
1) one close-up picture of the damaged mirror.
2) one picture of the whole mirror.
3) one picture of the whole box mirror was packaged in.
4) one close up picture of the shipping label.

Q: Can I Return a Mirror and Get a Refund?
A: If the mirror remains in its original, unused condition and is returned to us within 30 days, a complete refund is possible. The mirror should be sent back with its original box, packaging, and included accessories. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
