Ordering & Payment

Changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel or update your order information, please contact sbagno1155@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
After completing checkout, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details, including your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. Free shipping is available on all orders. For more details, please visit our Shipping Policy.
We currently ship to most areas within the United States, including residential and commercial addresses. We do not ship to Military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes at this time.

All in-stock products are shipped via UPS or FedEx. If your address cannot accept deliveries from these carriers, please leave a note at checkout.
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days.

Our typical restocking cycle is around one month, though timing may vary depending on shipping conditions.
Yes, most of our items are restocked. You can log into your account and enable the “Notify in Stock” option to receive updates.

Products & Installation

We currently do not offer custom sizes or styles unless for large-scale projects. Please contact sbagno1155@gmail.com for further discussion.
Most of our mirrors can be installed independently. For larger sizes, we recommend having an additional person assist with installation.
You will need a pencil, tape measure, level, screwdriver, and drill.
We recommend using warm water with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Yes. All necessary mounting hardware required for installation is included with the product.
Our mirrors require a 110V-240V power supply. Depending on the selected configuration, the number of power connections may vary. Accessories such as weather stations or clocks may require an independent power supply. We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm the requirements for your specific product.

Refund & Returns

Please contact us at sbagno1155@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will provide the nearest return warehouse address within 24 hours. You can also review our Refund Policy.
If the return is due to a quality issue or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

1) Front and back of the outer carton
2) Shipping label on the carton
3) Photos clearly showing the mirror damage
4) Photos of protective materials inside the package

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.
If the mirror is damaged or defective, a full refund will be issued. For non-quality-related returns, please contact us for assistance.
Refunds are processed after we receive and verify the returned item. It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Pre-Order

The estimated ship date is shown on the product page, cart, checkout page, and confirmation email. Once the item ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
You may cancel your pre-order before it ships by contacting sbagno1155@gmail.com. Once the order enters fulfillment, changes can no longer be made.
