Policy Overview
- Cancellations: Within 24 hours for in-stock items
- Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Damaged Items: Must be reported within 7 days
- Restocking Fee: 10% may apply
Cancel Your Order
For in-stock items, orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
- A 10% restocking fee applies if the order has entered shipping
Return Your Order (Non-Defective Items)
If the item meets quality standards but does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The mirror is unused and uninstalled
- The product is returned in original condition with all packaging intact
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
Non-returnable items include:
- Products that have been installed or assembled
- Products without original packaging or not in original condition
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Mirrors are fragile products. While we carefully package every S’BAGNO mirror, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Inspection Guidelines
- Inspect the outer carton immediately upon arrival
- If damage is visible, take clear photos before opening
- Carefully inspect the mirror after opening
Late reports may affect our ability to determine responsibility and may impact eligibility for a full refund.
Based on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A full refund & A partial refund
- In some cases, you may be allowed to keep the item
