All stock products are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Note: In rare cases, delivery may be slightly delayed due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

COSTS & DESTINATIONS

We provide free standard ground shipping via UPS or FedEx.

We only ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

OVERSIZED ITEM HANDLING FEE

For large custom-made products, including but not limited to shower doors and glass panels, an Oversized Item Handling Fee will be applied at checkout.

This fee covers the cost of secure packaging, special handling, and reliable freight services to ensure the safe delivery of oversized and fragile items.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You also can monitor your shipment’s status directly through the carrier’s website.

DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, S'BAGNO is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sbagno.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments due to address errors.

HOLIDAY ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders placed during U.S. public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Observed holidays may include:
